Terms of service
Last updated June 21, 2026.
These terms govern your use of whitecontext. By using the service you agree to them.
The service
whitecontext discovers a scraper for a company's public careers page, monitors it on a schedule, and returns the resulting job postings as structured data through a dashboard, REST API, and MCP server.
Accounts
You need an account to use whitecontext. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the service.
Acceptable use
whitecontext is built to monitor publicly accessible careers pages. You agree to:
- Submit only companies whose careers pages are publicly available, not behind a login or paywall.
- Respect the rights and terms of the sites being monitored, and any applicable laws.
- Not use the service to collect personal data about individuals, to spam, or to facilitate discrimination.
- Not resell raw access, abuse rate limits, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
We may decline to discover or monitor a page, and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Data and intellectual property
Job postings are public information owned by their respective companies; whitecontext structures and delivers them but claims no ownership of the underlying listings. You own the list of companies you submit and the feeds derived from your account, and you may export them. whitecontext owns the software, models, and the service itself.
Plans and billing
Paid plans and any metered API add-on are billed through Stripe on the terms shown on the pricing page. Fees are charged in advance for the billing period; usage-based overages are billed in arrears. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current period. Prices shown during the beta are illustrative and may change with notice.
Availability
whitecontext is offered during an active beta. We work to keep it reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and careers pages may change or break between monitoring runs. The repair step is best-effort.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Job data is extracted automatically and may be incomplete or out of date; do not rely on it as the sole basis for a decision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, whitecontext is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
Termination
You can stop using whitecontext and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we remove your data as described in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above and, where appropriate, announced in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
