What counts as a monitored company?
A monitored company is any single company you keep on a refresh schedule — whitecontext re-discovers its careers source, watches for changes, and repairs the feed when the page shifts. You are billed by how many companies you actively monitor, not by the number of jobs or the size of each feed.
What is the difference between scheduled and on-demand refreshes?
Scheduled refreshes run automatically at your tier's cadence — daily on Free, hourly on Pro, and fastest on Team. On-demand refreshes let you trigger an immediate re-check from the GUI or API when you need the freshest data, and are available on the Team plan.
What happens if I go over my included API quota?
Every paid tier includes an API and MCP call quota. Beyond that quota, the metered API add-on bills usage-based per 1,000 calls, so you only pay for the overage you actually use. Free plans do not include API or MCP access.
Can I change plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle, and you keep access through the period you have already paid for. There are no long-term contracts.
