Role Overview
As a Full Stack Engineer at Lamar, you will build and scale the systems powering AI-driven automation across intake, benefits verification, and prior authorization.
What You’ll Do
Design and build end-to-end features across frontend and backend
Integrate APIs, EHRs, and third-party healthcare systems
Work closely with AI/ML teams to productionize models
Optimize system performance, reliability, and scalability
Contribute to product architecture and technical direction
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience with modern web stacks (e.g., React, Node, Python)
Experience building scalable, production-grade systems
Familiarity with APIs, data pipelines, and system integrations
Bonus: healthcare or HIPAA-compliant system experience
