Double the Opportunity.</em></p><p><br></p><p>This is a unique opportunity to build one of the most rewarding business development territories in residential real estate.</p><p><br></p><p>As a <strong>Strategic Business Development Manager</strong>, you'll partner with real estate agents and brokerages throughout the Dallas market to simplify two of the most important milestones in every real estate transaction:</p><p><br></p><ul><li><strong>The Home Inspection</strong> — through Rio Bravo Home Inspections</li><li><strong>The Closing</strong> — through Cantera Title</li></ul><p><br></p><p>By representing both services, you'll become a trusted resource to your clients while creating multiple opportunities to grow your business from every relationship.</p><p><br></p><p>Unlike traditional business development roles that focus on selling a single service, this position allows you to build a diversified book of business across two complementary companies.
