Mineflow engineers build AI systems that see through rock. Our deep learning models predict what's underground with state of the art accuracy, and guide mining operations that move tens of thousands of tons of earth every day. When we say your code will have impact, we mean it will alter the physical world. Tech Stack Python PyTorch JAX/XLA Next.js Compensation Base: $100-120k Equity: 1-2% Bonus up to 100% of salary for exceptional work What You'll Do Build robust systems to find, ingest and standardize large, messy geological datasets Design and implement ML architectures that extract signal from said datasets Nice To Have Have built things for customers, taken their feedback and used it to improve a product Deep understanding of ML regularization techniques Experience with multi-GPU training Interview Process 30 min intro chat 1 hour ML design discussion 45 min presentation about any topic of your choice Apply Now
