TL;DR:
AI engineers build and improve the AI agents powering Parahelp - applying the latest techniques, running evaluations, building retrieval pipelines, and optimizing for speed and cost.
You might be a fit if:

About Parahelp
Parahelp makes it easy to build an AI support agent that resolves even your most complex tickets end-to-end. If a tool has an API, you can connect it to your agent - just by chatting with Parahelp. For example, you can connect Stripe so your agent can resolve billing questions and refund requests.
We're building Parahelp because we believe context—not intelligence—is the primary bottleneck for AI agents automating high-impact work.
