It is a role defined by urgency, ownership, and consequence.We ship a physical product to customers' homes. It is filled with their blood, processed by laboratories under regulatory scrutiny, and returned as a result on which they will base real health decisions. When any link in that chain fails (a delayed shipment, a missed laboratory turnaround, a defective batch of kits), resolving it is your responsibility, and anticipating it is your mandate.We are looking for someone who takes ownership of outcomes rather than processes, who moves decisively under pressure, and who is willing to implement a practical solution now rather than wait for a perfect one later. Candidates who require a fully mature organization, established handoffs, and a documented procedure for every situation will not find that here.
