About the role
Some of the best people don’t fit neat job titles — and we don’t want to miss them. We’re building an AI platform that helps construction teams make faster, better decisions from complex project information. If you’re mission-driven, allergic to fluff, and you ship relentlessly, we should talk.
What you might do (depends on you):
Build product end-to-end — from customer problem to shipped feature
Prototype workflows with customers and turn them into something repeatable
Create internal leverage: tools, automations, onboarding flows, distribution systems
Bring signal back to the product team: what’s breaking, what’s working, what creates ROI
