🧠 Robotics AI Platform & Infrastructure Engineer

Build the AI infrastructure that powers learning, deployment, and operation of real-world robotic systems. You will design platforms for large-scale robot data ingestion, dataset management, model training, evaluation, and deployment—bridging robots, cloud compute, and user-facing tools. Working primarily with Next.js, TypeScript, and Rust, this role enables both internal researchers and external customers to train, deploy, and monitor AI-powered robots. Design and build platforms for large-scale robotic data ingestion, storage, and indexing Develop dataset management systems for training, evaluation, and replay of robot data Build and operate AI training pipelines spanning local servers and cloud infrastructure Support deployment, versioning, and rollout of trained models and policies to robotic fleets Create internal and customer-facing tools to inspect datasets, training runs, and model performance Develop high-performance backend services in Rust for data processing, scheduling, and reliability Integrate AI infrastructure with fleet management and OTA systems for closed-loop learning Implement authentication, authorization, and access control for AI data and training workflows Collaborate with robotics and ML teams to define data contracts, schemas, and evaluation metrics
