AI Engineer Intern

WE WORK 6 DAYS A WEEK. Noso (YC S25) builds AI tools for the trades, helping technicians, sales teams, and operators work faster, capture knowledge, and deliver better customer experiences. We work with mid-market home services and trade businesses, typically companies with $5M+ in annual revenue. We are looking for an AI Engineer Intern who wants hands-on experience building real AI products used by field teams, sales reps, and business operators. Intern's bar is higher than full-time. What You Will Do Build AI-powered application features end to end for technicians, sales teams, and operators Design agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and evaluations that run reliably in production Integrate LLMs with real business systems (CRM, dispatch, call, and field service platforms) Ship fast, measure impact with customers, and iterate directly with the founders Qualifications You have a published paper You love working in underserved industries Your GPA is over 3.7 You are from a top college Strong coding across multiple languages and clear technical communication Detail-oriented, able to multitask Interview Process You complete a hard take-home You meet with Winston, CEO of the company You meet with Alex, CTO of the company You come onsite and ensure the team likes you
