Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO Compensation: Competitive + equity (BSPCE/stock options) Location: Paris (onsite)   We're hiring a Senior Executive Assistant to the CEO to make Matthieu (Matt) more effective by removing logistics, scheduling, and coordination overhead from his day-to-day. This is a high-trust role with significant autonomy: you will own Matt's calendar and travel logistics end-to-end, anticipate needs, and keep key operating rhythms moving. About the Role Provide high-level administrative support: anticipate needs, remove friction, and handle day-to-day logistics so Matt can focus on high-leverage work. Own the calendar end-to-end: manage scheduling, protect focus time, continuously reschedule as priorities and travel change, and keep meetings flowing smoothly. Run travel and events planning with zero dropped balls: flights, trains, hotels, ground transport, speaking/press/partner engagements, visas, backup options, confirmations, and day-of execution so surprises are handled before they reach Matt. Coordinate team and leadership logistics: organise lunches and gatherings when Matt is with teams (e.g. London, NYC visits), and support leadership offsites and seminars when needed.
