Role Overview
The Chief of Staff will work directly with leadership to drive execution across Lamar’s highest-priority initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Partner with CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives
Drive cross-functional projects from planning through execution
Improve internal processes, communication, and alignment
Support key partnerships, fundraising, and operations
Act as a force multiplier across the organization
What We’re Looking For
3–7 years in consulting, startups, or high-growth environments
Strong problem-solving and operational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
