Position description: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Lab Technician specializing in Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, and Hematology to join our growing laboratory team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience performing diagnostic tests using both manual and automated laboratory equipment while ensuring the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and patient care. Primary Responsibilities: Prepare, process, and handle patient samples in accordance with established laboratory procedures and quality standards.Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments to ensure optimal performance.Conduct quality control checks and ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.Analyze test findings and accurately document results for medical review.Follow laboratory safety guidelines, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.Maintain clea Experience: 4 - 6 Years
