You’ll operate across the stack: designing, shipping, and maintaining everything from frontend product experiences to backend services that power strategy, data, and operations. This role is ideal for someone who likes shipping end-to-end, cares about craft, and enjoys working in a small team with high ownership.<br /></p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Design, build, and maintain frontend applications (web and/or mobile) and backend APIs powering core product experiences.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with research/quant and product teams to turn investment logic, simulations, and data pipelines into reliable product surfaces.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build internal dashboards, tools, and data visualizations for monitoring portfolios, experiments, and operational workflows.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, observability, and iteration.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain high standards for code quality, usability, reliability, and performance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Improve developer velocity through good systems: CI/CD, tooling, clear interfaces, and pragmatic documentation.</p></li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">3+ years experience as a full stack engineer (startup, product team, or high-ownership environment).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong skills in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js) and backend development (Python, Node, Go, etc.).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience building, testing, and deploying production web applications.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience designing and integrating APIs (REST and/or GraphQL), plus strong understanding of data modeling and system boundaries.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Solid fundamentals: debugging, performance, and reliability in real-world systems.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to work autonomously, prioritize well, and thrive in a fast-moving, research-driven culture.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfort leveraging modern AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, etc.) to increase output while maintaining maintainability and structure.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">(Optional) Experience with mobile development (React Native, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">(Optional) Experience with financial systems, portfolio data, or high-stakes UX.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Why Join ATG</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're building a small, elite team.
